Plan Introduction: The main purpose of preparing this plan was to specify the future growth and prepare development plan of Hesar-garmkhan city. This city with a population of 1449 people is located near Bojnord city and adjacent to the important Bojnord-Mashhad highway. In this plan, by specifying the general directions of the city’s growth, land use planning and road network, executive rules and regulations, as well as defining the limits of the city’s privacy, a foundation has been provided to guide the future development of the city.
